One of the Gold Coast's newest real estate agencies is sure to lead the industry in a very short time frame.  GC Residential have approached Kobo to build a realty web site which allows their agents to manage their own properties in their own listing.

All I can say is test it for yourself.  This project is still growing and new features will be added occasionally, so come back to check it out.
